About me
I was born in 1990 and grew up both in Vienna and Burgenland. My pronouns are she/her. Psychotherapy, philosophy, art, history, languages, and travel play an important role in my life. I have chosen Vienna as my place of residence, where I live with my partner. Since 2025, I have been working independently in my own practice.

On some days, my friendly old dog „Mütze“ accompanies me to the practice.

Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is a scientifically grounded method for treating mental and psychosocial problems. In Austria, it is regulated by the Psychotherapy Law, which includes the confidentiality obligation in §15. Psychotherapy can reduce or even heal suffering and help improve quality of life, activate inner resources, and can help to face future life challenges better. In psychotherapeutic treatment, there are many topics that are allowed to take space. You might seek support in coping with life crises or trauma, wish to develop new ways of dealing with your emotions, change behavioral patterns and negative beliefs, or foster your personal growth and self-confidence. Sometimes, psychotherapy can be emotionally challenging when unpleasant topics or memories arise, or when changes in your life lead you into unfamiliar territory. Progress can also sometimes be slower than expected. These challenges are often temporary and can be addressed and discussed together in our sessions.

Integrative Gestalt Therapy
Integrative Gestalt Therapy is one of the recognized psychotherapeutic approaches in Austria. It is a holistic therapy approach that involves the integration of body, mind, and emotions in the healing process. Integrative Gestalt Therapy is a humanistic method that is based on the belief that people have the ability to shape a fulfilling life for themselves. Mindfulness and the subtle nuances of one’s own perception, which become clear in the here and now, are of importance. Developing this awareness is an essential part of the therapy approach, as it promotes self-healing and strengthens one’s orientation in life. In Integrative Gestalt Therapy, the dialogical principle is applied, which is based on a respectful, equal exchange between client and therapist, supporting active collaboration. A phenomenological perspective helps to capture experiences without prejudice or interpretation. Everything that is present is allowed to be present and has meaning. With the help of the hermeneutic approach, this meaning is understood within the context of the person’s life story. A variety of techniques can be used in Integrative Gestalt Therapy. Examples include working with the body, using creative media, constellations, chair work, or working scenically with dreams, memories, or experiences …

My Approach
I am a Psychotherapist in Training under Supervision, meaning I am in the final phase of my studies and regularly exchange knowledge with experienced supervisors in a confidential and supportive manner. I work with individuals, groups and couples, starting from the age of 18. I offer psychotherapy exclusively in German and English. I also have little understanding of Greek, French, Spanish, and Austrian Sign Language.
You are welcome with any issues or topics you wish to address. I value creating a trusting and safe atmosphere. Your goals and desires are the guiding threads that we follow, and they may change as the sessions progress. I work in a trauma-sensitive way. This means difficult experiences can be addressed, but in a manner that is preferably not overwhelming. This ensures that your therapeutic process remains gentle and safe while providing space for healing.
If I believe that you may be better supported by another specialist, I will gladly provide a recommendation. I care deeply about addressing your needs and offering guidance with my best knowledge and conscience.
I am happy to accompany you with:

- Creative processes, creative blocks, rediscovering creativity
- World-weariness, existential crises, melancholy
- Personal development and self-exploration
- Relationships, heartbreak, sexuality, couples therapy
- Self-worth, self-image, negative beliefs
